Utilizes leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty. ROTATING SCHEDULE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6AM-9:30PM. SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH PROPER NOTICE. SUPERVISORY POSITION IS LOCATED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE MAIN STORE.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility.
