Position: Production Line Worker – 2nd Shift
Location: Paducah, Kentucky
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift — 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday–Wed and Friday Group A)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently assemble, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate basic production equipment safely, adhering to all safety procedures and protocols in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with staging, labeling, loading, and stacking products to maintain a smooth flow along the production line.
- Maintain a clean, organized work station to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift.
- Follow all quality assurance guidelines and safety policies diligently, contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as required, demonstrating physical readiness and stamina.
What We’re Looking For:
- While previous production or assembly experience is a plus, it’s not required — we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Comfortable working in a repetitive standing position, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication and cooperation.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to safety and quality standards.
